I have 4 years of experience as a Human Resources Executive and I have been actively involved with every part of Employee Resources including talent acquisition, performance Management, employee’s compensation and benefit, policy development and implementation. I possess a solid understanding of the skills and knowledge the position entails.

As a Human Resources Executive at Palmsland Consult and KyDAL office point, I have coordinated quiet a number of recruitment process from identifying the staffing need to drafting the job ad and sourcing for candidates,to conducting pre- employment test and onboarding, Also, performance management, staff training, payroll administration and policy development and implementation. I ama reliable and an 

organized team member with the ability to communicate effectively and handle office changes. I am also skilled at building and maintaining relationships, representing shared company values and managing employees across all levels of an organization.

Working onsite with our corporate clients in developing organizational strategies, policies and updating progressive reports have also developed my competency in people’s management.
