Records and data management is my background and I have a lot of experience in the Real Estate arena as well. I am more skill oriented than people oriented. I like being behind the scenes of a project and feeling like a part of a big puzzle that wouldn't be complete without me.

Reviewing documentation and finding typos and inconsistencies comes naturally to me. Since I value accuracy and consistency, I have always used my keen eye for compliance purposes. Documentation plays a big role in holding people accountable, minimizing miscommunications and misunderstandings. It keeps the flow going smoothly and in an orderly way. Some people have called me "chaos coordinator" but in reality I need to get rid of the chaos first, in order to be able to work efficiently.

On a personal level, I lived in the U.S (Houston, Texas) for 22 years and have recently moved  back home to my country: Uruguay. I am familiar with the American way of doing things; strategic planning can go a long way. I believe integrity is one of the top 5 pressing needs in the workforce today. I honor my word, I am reliable and I communicate with others if I need help with an assignment. I press on without losing sight of the main objective: to meet the business goals.
