With over 25 years’ experience of FM and QMS consultancy, Dr. Abubakr specialises in particular in the development of FM strategies and the delivery of FM services and QMS audits. 

Dr. Abubakr has vast experience in the PPP FM sector having worked extensively with international FM contractors, SPVs and local authorities on PPP projects, His wide-range knowledge of FM gained through his previous career with an international companies, this knowledge and experience enables Dr. Abubakrto provide value-adding support to any project.

Dr. Abubakr has specialized in his DBA studies in the role of sustainable facility management in achieving sustainable development goals (SDG's), this knowledge has changed the concept of Facility Management services commensurate with global goals and the 2030 vision of countries.
