I've had years of experience in the Call Center Community, and this has helped me to have assertive communication and be good at problem solving. Interacting with people is one of the best skills I have as well as adapting to new experiences or situations, this makes me be that person who is able to learn fast.
I'm currently studying Psychology and have studied Power so I can have an efficient job. Psychology has taught me to be more communicative and deeply understand people's emotions, situation and needs; therefore, has also given me the opportunity to give solutions to others.
