I currently work as a Freelancer mostly in the Real Estate industry as an Inside Sales Specialist and Administrative Assistant I also have a 7 years of experience as a Team Leader/ Sales Supervisor, Customer, Email and Technical Support Representative and have skills assisting clients starting their own small businesses when I was in RingCentral Inc.. I've been with HP (Hewlett Packard) and AOL (America Online) as a Technical Support and Email Support and with VMU (Virgin Moblie US) as a Customer Support Representative. I also worked as an Online ESL (English as Second Language) Teacher.
I am a computer literate. I have experience in troubleshooting computer hardware and software as well a computer networking problems. I have also experience in Telemarketing and Data Entry. I know MS Office pretty well, as well as Adobe Flash. I also know Photoshop and Web design, although I am far from being an expert at it. I'm also familiar with some CRM's such as Salesforce, Careforce, Boomtown, Kunversion and basic understanding on Zendesk.
