Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle of diverse tech roles such as PHP/Laravel, DevOps, QA,
NodeJS, Flutter, Frontend UI, WordPress, AI, RUST and other marketing roles, covering Africa, Asia,
Europe, and LATAM regions. My role includes, but is not limited to;

Qualitative Data Analysis of transcribed, detailed Interviews for the Study on Female Entrepreneurs
conducted by MEAL Center for the World Bank. This was aimed at the comprehension of opportunities and
challenges faced by Yemeni women entrepreneurs as well as the role played, and the impact exerted by males
in their immediate environment.
Achievements:
Crafted code samples and segments using MAXQDA for team review.
Actively engaged in review meetings to address concerns and improve processes during coding.
Collaborated with colleagues to assign codes to transcribed interviews using the Dedoose Qualitative
Data Analysis Tool.
Coded 15 transcribed, detailed interviews of female entrepreneurs and 12 male associates.
