With over nine years of experience in the Development sector, I have honed my program design and implementation skills, particularly within WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), Health System Strengthening, and Human Rights initiatives across Nigeria.

Transitioning into the Tech Human Resource space over the past year and a half has allowed me to leverage my development sector expertise to enhance HR functions.

In my current role with AutomatedPros and Orderific, I help recruit talent across the globe, including in Asia, Europe, and LATAM regions. I handle end-to-end recruitment processes, performance management metrics, policy reviews, employee welfare, and payroll processing.

This shift has not only broadened my professional horizons but also provided me with a unique perspective on how data analysis and project management can drive organizational success in HR. I am passionate about integrating my analytical skills and project management experience into human resource practices to foster a productive workplace environment that supports both employee growth and organizational goals.
