I'm a very jovial person, I put pride in any task I'm completing, I am hardworking, very keen on details and motivated, even under pressure, I will remain consistent with a guarantee that the duty will be accomplished. Very attentive to my customers needs and wants, I will stop at nothing to ensure they're pacified, always leaving a positive impact in such a way that they will continue to do business with us and even refer to our company. I am a people person, very easy to deal with and very easy to grasp information being taught. I work well with others, I have excellent verbal and communication skills. I am a very empathetic and considerate person, I tend to put myself in my customer's shoes a lot, just to understand their queries and ensure their needs are being met, whatever issue/s there are, it's being resolved at first hand resolution. I am open to feedback and coaching, I am open to learning and understanding the entirety of whichever company allows me to be apart of their family. I am very great at Microsoft suite, I have experiences in sales, I easily navigate through the software programs and knowledge base of the organization affiliated with.
