My name is Abigael a customer service professional with up to 9 years of experience in the field.

I have been fortunate to work as Contact Centre Officer from 2013 to 2015 tackling emails, inbound and outbound Calls.

I worked as Social Media Support Agent for a period of 3 Years from 2015 to 2018 & after as a Social Media Manager & Customer Service Executive from 2018 to Date. My years of experience managing various channels and handling different customers of different demographics makes me a perfect fit for different roles,
