newspaper (If Req), Posting Jobs on Jobs Portals; on Company Websites, Consultants
Sorting the resumes /CVs as per requirements
Sends Interview call letters to Shortlisted candidates; mentioning the date of interview
and time.

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP): HR Recruitment Process
Purpose:
To establish a standard Recruitment procedure within the organization for
different departments.
Scope:
The Scope of preparing the Standard procedure of the Recruitment for streamline
the complete Process, by analysing the forthcoming requirements.
Details of the procedure:
1- An e-mail is sent to HODs for seeking information about number of vacant
positions in the department along with Job Descriptions (specifies all required
parameters of qualification, experience & other eligibility criteria). After the
recommendation of HODs, HR needs to assess the Real Requirement and takes
approval from Management to fulfill the post.
2- HR office send the requirement to, Marketing department for publishing the
advertisement in national as well as local newspaper (If Required); listing the Jobs
on Portals, on Company Websites
3- Applications are received till last date as mentioned in advertisement/Job Post,
HR starts scrutiny of Applications and shortlist the Candidates. List of shortlisted
Candidates is sent to the respective departments for further selection based on
number of vacant positions to avoid extra rush in the interview.
4- After receiving the list of sorted candidates, HR office sends Interview call
letters to candidates in soft copies with mentioning the date of interview and
time.
5- Candidates selected for the interview are asked to fill an interview assessment
form, than Interview panel awards marks on a defined scale for important
attributes of academic career, experience, communication..etc.
6- HR office prepares this list of successful candidates on the basis of performance
in the interview. (Waiting list is valid for six months and any of these candidates
can be offered a position within this period)
7- After Getting the Background Check done; HR office sends an appointment
letter through e-mail a copy of joining the Company by mentioning the date of
report.
8- Candidates may report HR office regarding joining date, Candidates join by
submitting the joining letter and with relevant documents like Aadhar card, PAN
card etc.
9- HR, Complete the Induction and Orientation than visits the concerned
department with the newly joiner for short meeting, with HOD and member of
the department.
