I have total working experience of more than 17 years in various fields of expertise, started my career with Humayan Properties Ltd as a Secretary to the Regional Sales Head joined the company in the year 2000. My job responsibility was to attend calls, making appointments, coordination with vendors, travel agents for ticketing for the Senior Management Professionals also filing and emailing memo's as directed, and helping with admin support back to back.
I was promoted in (2002 Dec) as an Executive Secretary & Admin Support to the Managing Director & the Chair Person, where my work was to coordinate with the Business appointments calendars, meetings, reviews, Powerpoint data compilation for presentation circulating within the company, looking into memos, coordinating with various Government Employees & Channel Partners pertaining to business and tenders, coordinating with clients overseas assisting my Reporting Authorities in every aspect, providing support to the team and other support functions, traveling with my reporting authorities out of the city as and when required.
In the year 2007, June I left Humayan Properties for a better opportunity that came my way with a company called Impex Infotech Private Ltd., this was a BPO an Outbound & Inbound International call center for an American based Company called Webxites, Rosetta Stone, Trend west B2B & B2C Project as a Business Development Manager where I was able to use my communication skills, my sales skills, peoples skills, time management, responsibility and accountability to my advantage that fit the profile and I felt it was APT for me.
I continued with the International BPO industry 'till the year 2014 - Feb and left the industry as a Senior Manager - Operations with the company called APT Solutions. With APT Solution's I was responsible to take care of 4 verticals, which included Quality Compliance, Overall Operation Administration, Training Vertical & Human Resources.
I have also worked with Telecom Companies from 2014 -2016 April with: Tata Tele Services for the Outbound Sales, Retention, & Collection, worked with Airtel & Idea, as Customer Care Head, under the same company Competent Synergy Private Limited with a different vertical looking into customer queries, complaints, and giving quick resolutions to the valuable customers we served.
