I've been working in the BPO industry for the past seven years. I am confident to say that through the years of experience, I became more knowledgeable in doing both Customer service and Technical support position. Now, I got promoted and handling Quality analyst post.

I have skills in reading and explaining customer's bill, handling and pacifying upset customer's, Microsoft Office programs and very much particular in doing over the phone troubleshooting for television, home phone and high speed internet.

All the campaigns that I worked with are US based and one from the UK. It was always interesting to deal with other race/s from time to time and provide them over the phone support they need to the best of my ability.

I am a team player, easy to get along with , fast learner and I always practice integrity in everything I do. I am excited to rock this freelance world too!
