I am a highly capable professional with over 7 years of customer service, product management and financial research experience. My background, along with my ability to learn quickly and efficiently, will enable me to be a valuable part of your team.

During my last job I was responsible for managing 15 teams, including 120 analysts 15 team leads and 3 industry experts. This included setting daily, weekly and monthly benchmarks, managing and evaluating performance and coming up with strategies to keep all the employees motivated.

One of my key responsibilities apart from managing the product was to ensure that all the employees are meeting and even exceeding their daily, weekly and monthly goals. In order to insure that I devised a monthly evaluation system where the top performers were rewarded based on their performance. This created an environment where the employees were motivated to perform better than their peers which resulted in better output and efficiency.

My business skills, attention to detail, and general aptitude all have served me in my previous endeavors which have shaped me into an excellent administrator. The approach to my work goes beyond the job description as I am always looking for a way to improve results. In addition to my work, I have always been looked to for decision making.

I possess good written and verbal communication skills which I have groomed during my 7 year job experience. In addition to this, I have a good command over various management and analystical tools like, MS Office Suite, JIRA, Confluence, SalesForce, Workday, GotoMeeting, WireShart, LiveOps and LiveChat.
