Key Tasks & Achievements:
1. Coordination with Banks to ensure availability of sufficient POS/Touch points and different sites as per the requirement
of Field Offices.
2. Review proposals for incorporation of certain clauses/conditions in the contracts to minimize chances of embezzlement.
3. Coordination within BISP(HQ)/Field Offices to provide requisite/draft/information sought by NAB/FIA or by any other
federal government investigative agencies and act as a focal person to deal with NAB/FIA cases.
4. Examine proposal to constitute enquiry/investigation/fact-finding committees to probe into the matter of reported
embezzlement, fraud and corruption cases etc.
5. Coordinate with the partner banks to resolve beneficiaries’ complaints and compensate the aggrieved beneficiaries in case
of proven embezzlement.
6. Supervise and liaison with field office for smooth distributions of grants to beneficiaries
7. Facilitate beneficiaries as well as the smooth functioning of field operations.
8. Take necessary action on complaints related to embezzlement etc. received from Field Offices.
9. Forward mature inquiry cases to the concerned/relevant investigation agency as per the recommendation of the inquiry
committee for further action and follow up.

Key Tasks & Achievements:
1. Run administrative and operational affairs of Tehsil and have regular liaison with partner organizations and stakeholders
engaged in disbursement process for grievances, discrepancies, issues, problems and complaints redressal been raised.
2. Uphold consult liaison with Divisional Office in respect of perceiving any probable problem or impediment in timely and
effective delivery of any performance indicator as and when directed from Divisional Director.
3. Keep close connection with all pertinent local, provincial, federal level and administrative authorities/agencies at

BISP Goals and objectives.

level.
6. Carry out spot checks of POS (PCPs)/Point of Sale and process evaluation of payments being made to beneficiaries and
to resolve their complaints in an efficient and timely manner.
