**Professional Experience: **

With a proven track record of Cash Transfer Programs, Planning and Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Stakeholder Engagement, Capacity Building and Training, Field Operations Management, gained during my tenure (Over 12 years of experience) at the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), I am excited about the prospect of contributing to the impactful work globally.

​Serving as Deputy Director (Cash Transfer/Field Operations) at BISP HQs/Secretariat, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of the expertise or responsibilities relevant to the international agencies positions. My experiences such as Leadership, strategic planning, Programme Management, Policy Analysis, Stakeholder Engagement, data analysis & reporting, problem solving has equipped me with the skills and insights necessary to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment.  

The collaboration between BISP and UN agencies has been instrumental in addressing socio-economic challenges and fostering sustainable development across Pakistan. Through joint initiatives, such as women empowerment, children education, health initiatives, cash grants, emergency cash assistance etc., we have effectively targeted poverty alleviation, women's empowerment, and community resilience.

BISP's commitment to providing financial assistance to low-income families, coupled with the technical expertise and resources of UN agencies, has significantly enhanced the impact and reach of social protection programs in the region. Together, we have implemented innovative strategies to ensure inclusivity, transparency, and accountability in delivering essential services to vulnerable populations.

I am particularly drawn to the opportunities globally I ameager to leverage my background experiences to contribute effectively to international missions.
