Currently employed as Escalation Engineer at a Global FinTech Company, my responsibilities includes,
- Problem analysis and root cause documentation for all issues
- Identify frequently occurring issues and coordinate with the concerned teams accordingly
- Work with all departments to facilitate issues resolution of problems elevated by our Customer Support Teams
- Review escalated issues to identify trends and communicate
- Provide recommendations for improving existing processes and procedures
- Learning and staying up to date with product releases and environment changes
- Working in SQL Server to fix the issues at the DB Level.
Before that I was employed as Data Analyst at the same Organization, where my job was,
- Responsible to monitor the data processing and will make sure that all the related issues are monitored , reported and fixed
- Collaborate and work with people of different job areas: Designers to Developers, and Customer Service to Engineering Support Teams
- Ensure all the receiving data is imported into the system correctly
- Monitor, Create and track tickets/tasks on Salesforce ERP
