I am an experienced and results-oriented Finance and Human Resources professional with over six years of progressive experience working with both national and international non-governmental organizations (NGOs and INGOs). My career has focused on strengthening financial systems, managing donor-funded projects, and ensuring effective HR coordination to support humanitarian and development initiatives across Somalia. I bring a strong commitment to accountability, transparency, and staff empowerment, which has consistently contributed to organizational growth and program impact.

Over the course of my career, I have successfully managed more than 15 projects, 8 of which are constant and renewed annually due to excellent performance and donor confidence. My financial expertise includes budgeting, financial reporting, payroll administration, grant management, compliance, and audit coordination. I have worked extensively with major donors such as UNICEF, WFP, USAID, and ECHO, ensuring accurate, timely, and transparent financial management. I have also contributed to developing financial policies, strengthening internal controls, and implementing risk management strategies that promote efficiency and accountability.
