I am an independent expert in customer service with more than 10 years of experience, I am a native French speaker, and I have English and Spanish, I am a full-time freelancer.

I have been employed by many companies such as Symphotel Communication, which is a Canadian company, as well as by Grupo Noa in the field of marketing and customer service, they are well-known companies. I also worked in my home country for Voila Haiti and Moun Company which are Haitian telecommunications enterprises. I was working as technical support.
