Abderraouf Hadj Kaci

I have a Bachelor's degree in English language and linguistics from the University of Algiers 2, where I developed my analytical and communication skills. I am currently an Application Support Specialist at RamyFood, a leading food delivery company in Algeria. I have over four years of experience in inventory and customer support, as well as functional and technical support for applications, software, and systems.

In my current role, I address and resolve issues related to the applications. I communicate effectively with users to gather information about reported problems, and collaborate with the development team to convey user feedback and bug reports. I also ensure a smooth transition for users during system changes, and conduct training sessions to educate them on new features and updates. I use SQL to query and manipulate data, and I have strong technical skills in troubleshooting and testing. I am passionate about delivering high-quality service and support to users, and I enjoy working with a diverse and dynamic team. I am eager to learn new skills and technologies.
