B2B Smokes: Lead Generation Portfolio
B2B Smokes is a CRM tailored for businesses in the smoking products industry. It offers a
pre-filled database of smoke shops, wholesalers, and dispensaries across the U.S., helping
clients save time and fast-track outreach. In addition to the CRM, B2B Smokes offers an
in-house lead generation service, for which I managed the entire operation.
As Head of Lead Generation, I handled every aspect of the department — from recruiting and
training cold callers to crafting scripts, setting KPIs, monitoring performance, and ensuring
results were documented and reported to clients. My scope included client onboarding,
relationship management, and continuous optimization of outreach and follow-up efforts using
tools such as Hubstaff, Google Sheets, Slack, Zoom, and Yelp.
**Client Pain Point:** Most clients were overwhelmed by the logistics of hiring, training, and
managing outreach teams. They needed a solution that worked out of the box — without the
