I am a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship from Mapúa Malayan Colleges of Laguna. With experience in both corporate roles and entrepreneurial ventures, I have developed a strong foundation in customer service, business operations, and process coordination. I am now aiming to transition into a role focused on administrative support and operational efficiency, where I can apply my skills in documentation, organization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Currently, I work as a Business Customer Care Representative at Foundever, supporting the Verizon account. In this role, I assist business clients by resolving service issues and providing accurate account information. This position has strengthened my ability to communicate professionally, multitask efficiently, and manage high volumes of customer interactions with accuracy—all valuable skills for administrative roles.
Previously, I served as a Point of Delivery Specialist at Monde Nissin, where I was responsible for sales liquidation, logistics coordination, and preparing detailed reports for internal use. I regularly collaborated with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless delivery and accurate documentation. This experience gave me hands-on exposure to business processes and strengthened my interest in pursuing a long-term career in business operations and administrative work.
In addition to my corporate experience, I also managed two small businesses for over two years. Balancing entrepreneurship with my academic responsibilities taught me discipline, initiative, and the importance of organized systems. I handled product sourcing, marketing, customer inquiries, and inventory tracking—skills that directly translate to operational and administrative functions in a structured business setting.
