I am an honest, hardworking individual who puts my heart and soul into my work. I love meeting people, networking, helping those in doubt and that is evident in my 7 and half years of work experience in the customer service/ customer support industry. I can perform well under pressure, meet deadlines, achieve targets and be a dependable team player. I have also displayed my leadership skills by heading a team during one of my work experiences.
