I've been in the Call Center Industry for over eight years and two years as a Virtual Assistant and Remote Employee. Primarily working in Sales roles for Inbound and Outbound Calls (includes: Cold and Warm Calling, Telemarketing, Appointment Setting, and Lead Generation), Chat, Data Entry, and Order Entry. With these work experiences, I keep myself calm and focus on multi-tasking while being patient. I enjoy speaking with people and finding solutions to meet their needs.
