I have been, managing inboxes and emails for our client's business, managing records or data entry, processing replacements, refunds, and applying credits, and managing our client's social media business pages like IG, FB, and Twitter. But in my previous BPO company, I used to be technical support at a telco account where we fix internet and cable problems. I was also a customer service rep at a travel account where we book a reservation or book flights, reschedule plane tickets and answer some flight inquiries. Also before transitioning to BPO industry i used to be an online ESL teacher.
