I've been in the Customer Service Industry for almost 13 years. I've worked as a Technical Support/Customer Service Agent, Supervisor and as a Communication and Product Trainer for different programs: Customer Service, Sales, Billing, Technical Support and Retention.

As a Customer Support Agent, I received countless awards for Highest QA, CSAT (customer satisfaction) and Highest First Contact Resolution Rate. I was promoted to Escalations Agent/SME (Subject Matter Expert) in less than a year.

I worked as a Supervisor and handled a team of 18-25 people. I made sure that the team's performance was at par, if not exceeding, the program's targets.

I also used to train new hires, supervisors and managers. I have represented my company in Training Summits in the United States twice.

Now that I've switched to working from home, I've worked for a leading e-commerce website as a Senior Customer Service Associate.

These roles have tested my flexibility and adaptability in the workplace, my people management skills and my ability to set priorities and manage customer expectations, working both as part of a team and independently.

I am an expert in Excel, Shopify, Amazon, Ebay, Oberlo, Zendesk and Help Scout. I can type 64.1 wmp with 98% accuracy.

I have exceptional Customer Service Skills and have been the Customer Satisfaction Ambassador in several of my previous programs. Being in the customer service industry for almost half of my life, I can guarantee that I understand how important customers are and how their satisfaction directly impacts a business' revenue.
