I've been in the BPO industry for more than 11 years and have had experiences with different line of businesses. I started as a customer service representative and technical support of a U. S. telecommunications company. I was part of the quality department and was a quality assurance specialist for almost 7 years. I also became a billing specialist of an Australian mobile network. My most recent experience is being a loan officer where we do outbound calling, generating leads and evaluating loan applications.
