For the past six years, I have worked in the customer service profession. During my time there, I advanced from rank-and-file to supervisor. Throughout my 6-year tenure, I was able to manage both voice and non-voice accounts for projects in a variety of industries, such as travel bookings, clinic visits, and insurance concerns.

When the pandemic struck, I started to branch out and explore other niches. I've spent the last two years working as a content writer, copywriter, transcriber, data entry specialist, and social media manager.

Because of the nature of my previous employments, I am fluent in both verbal and nonverbal communication with clients as well as other administrative tasks.

Today, I'm looking for a position where I can put my knowledge and skills to use and earn a stable income at the same time.
