I’m a Computer Engineering graduate who naturally grew into virtual assistance and appointment setting because I’ve always been the type of person who loves organizing, communicating, and making work easier for others. My experience as an IT Support Intern at DICT and MSEUF taught me how to talk to different people, assist with daily tasks, handle technical setups, and solve problems on the spot. Those roles trained me to stay calm, manage pressure, and respond quickly—all of which help a lot when you're scheduling appointments, handling messages, or supporting clients online.
I’m comfortable using different tools like Microsoft Office, Canva, Figma, and other software, and I pick up new systems fast because of my technical background in programming and networking. This helps me work smoothly with CRMs, email platforms, scheduling tools, and anything a client needs me to learn.
I’m very hands-on, detail-oriented, and reliable. I don’t like leaving tasks unfinished, and I make sure everything is clear, organized, and accurate. Whether it’s managing calendars, confirming appointments, replying to leads, or keeping things on track behind the scenes, I handle it with care and professionalism.
I also enjoy talking to people—something I practiced a lot during events at DICT. I learned how to communicate respectfully, assist participants, and make sure everyone gets the information they need. This gives me a natural advantage in appointment setting, lead follow-ups, and maintaining good client interactions.
At the end of the day, I’m someone you can count on. I work hard, I learn fast, and I genuinely want to help businesses stay organized and grow.
