I started my career as an Architectural Apprentice, where I collaborated with Senior Architects on various residential and commercial projects. I also sssisted in the development of architectural designs and preparation of construction documents. I helped conduct site visits and participated in client meetings to understand project requirements. I have used AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp software to create detailed drawings and 3D models.

After getting my architectural license, I worked as an Architect in an office of an Architectural firm, where I prepared detailed drawings and 3D renderings for presentation to clients and architects. I have applied knowledge of relevant Rules and Regulations regarding the design of various projects. I provided oversight in the development of required project scopes and cost estimates for construction contract. I researched and consulted with sellers and suppliers, together with our former secretary, to determine material requirements and costs. I also worked closely with fellow architects to ensure that the design and construction plans were in accordance with client specifications.

Recently, I have worked as a CAD Operator for a US-based company, where I developed detailed plans covering architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) layouts for their construction documents. I have applied the integrated design-build approach, revising and refining drawings, based on their instruction and direction, throughout the project development. I also collaborated with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate and timely design updates. I consistently maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with project specifications and codes.

I am eager to learn, adaptable to new challenges, and committed to performing at a high standard. I would welcome the opportunity to grow alongside a team that values dedication, initiative, and fresh ideas.
