ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Developed and successfully ran a small entrepreneurial business with the sponsorship of PTCL evo. The earnings were donated to “Akhuwat”.
CONFLICT RESOLUTION
Conducted a detailed research on DHA, Lahore, identified the intra-organizational and inter-organizational conflicts and proposed a plan to resolve them.
BUSINESS COMMUNICATION
Presented and launched a new sports brand at Business Idea Competition 2010, which was focused at producing sportswear from recycled material.
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Detailed research on the human resource plan and department of Hyperstar, Lahore. Identified the pitfalls in planning and loop holes in the department and proposed amendments.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Proposed a new promotional campaign to enhance the image and sales of “Good Milk”.
MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM
Detailed research on the current Information System of “Qarshi Industries” and also proposed the future need and implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning.
