My journey in event management began during my time in university, where I actively participated in organizing large-scale events, securing sponsorships from private companies and state-owned enterprises (BUMN), and implementing marketing strategies that significantly increased event attendance. These experiences honed my ability to manage complex projects, coordinate with diverse teams, and ensure seamless execution.

Professionally, I have gained valuable experience in both the corporate and education sectors. During my tenure at Telkom Indonesia - Pijar Sekolah, I was responsible for handling client complaints, providing product technical guidance, and supporting educational events for schools across different regions. This role strengthened my ability to work under pressure, communicate effectively with clients, and develop solutions tailored to their needs.

Additionally, I have experience managing multi-stakeholder events, from conceptualizing proposals to overseeing execution. I played a key role in developing the Brainwave Championship, an academic competition for middle and high school students, ensuring that the event was well-structured and successfully launched through the Pijar Sekolah platform.

My approach to event and project management is centered around efficiency, adaptability, and innovation. I am proficient in utilizing project management tools such as Trello and Google Workspace to streamline workflows and enhance team collaboration. I am also comfortable working remotely with international teams, ensuring clear communication and timely project delivery.
