I had started my professional career as typist clerk in 1978. Served different organizations. Last I served the University of Agriculture, Peshawar, as Administrative Assistant and promoted as Superintendent, Assistant Registrar, Deputy Registrar, Additional Registrar and Registrar of the University. During this period alongside the administrative work I had drafted Model Statutes for the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Sector Universities, Statutes for my parent University and Swat University and Women University Mardan. It was a laborious job and due to my personal interest I have regularly did typing job drafting rules, letters, Minutes of the Statutory bodies i.e. Selection Board and Syndicate. In addition I have been drafting professional comments in court cases on behalf of the University of Agriculture, Peshawar in all HR related cases filed by Petitioners against the University and mostly all those cases were decided in favor of the University.
