A self-motivated/managed and result-oriented Human Resource Specialist with a vast experience of over 15 years in the field of  Human Resource Management, Customer Services, Sales and Marketing, Banking, and Telecommunication in well reputed multinational, International based private and Government organizations in Pakistan and UAE, I have working experience in Human Resource department,  Customer Services Sector, Sales and distribution Departments, bid development & submittal, contract negotiation & administration, my core skills include but not limited to human resource management and talent onboarding, conducting interviews, payroll section handling, ERP management, HR information System handling. I am a trained and qualified HR Specialist with Managerial level skills and the ability to delegate tasks, set clear directions,s and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills and focus and knowledge to train and develop the best skills of colleagues & staff to perform in a better way. I have the ability to foster teamwork among team members.
