Developed and implemented framework for Summer Youth Employment program. Provided direct onboard training
to 150 employees. Developed programming material for use program-wide and managed 156 employees including

Engaged in Troubleshooting to resolve numerous hardware and software issues for customers ranging from
mid-sized businesses to residential customers. Supported both Windows and Mac Operating Systems. Installed and
updated new machines. Recovered data from functional and failing Hard Drives. Built websites based on customer
specifications utilizing HTML and CSS. Led efforts to recover past due customer debts with the company.

Web Development Bootcamp with a focus on Javascript, Java, React and Angular. I learned how to
build responsive web apps utilizing various languages, how to create manipulate and connect SQL and
MongoDB databases and how to create mobile web apps using Cordova and Ionic. Worked 60+ hours
weekly on individual and group projects utilizing the Agile Methodology.
