I’m a full-stack web developer with over 8 years of experience building fast, user-friendly, and custom websites using WordPress, Shopify, and modern front-end technologies. I specialize in creating tailored digital solutions that help businesses grow, streamline their operations, and deliver seamless user experiences.

I started my journey as a computer instructor, where I taught programming and web development. Over time, I transitioned into freelancing and agency work, partnering with clients across the U.S., Canada, and Australia. My work includes everything from developing custom WordPress themes and plugins, Shopify sections and templates, to integrating third-party APIs, optimizing performance, and managing full site migrations.

I take pride in writing clean, scalable, and well-documented code. On WordPress, I build from scratch using ACF, CPT UI, and custom post types to give clients full control over content without bloating the site. On Shopify, I specialize in customizing themes using Liquid and building dynamic, reusable sections to improve both store performance and admin usability.

I'm also comfortable working in Git-based workflows, collaborating with design and marketing teams, and deploying to staging and production environments. Tools like Figma, Trello, GA4, and Hotjar are part of my daily workflow. I’ve also worked with SEO teams and understand how to build technically optimized, schema-rich, and mobile-first websites.

What sets me apart is my ability to both code and communicate well. I’ve led small teams, managed client projects, and handled everything from scoping to QA testing. Whether I’m troubleshooting a plugin conflict, building a custom landing page, or guiding a non-technical client through the WordPress dashboard, I stay focused, collaborative, and proactive.

I'm currently looking for a long-term remote opportunity where I can contribute not just as a developer but as a reliable teammate who’s invested in delivering high-quality results.
