I am a people-focused professional with nearly ten years of experience in customer service, administration, and team support within the BPO industry. At the heart of my work is a genuine passion for helping people, whether that means supporting customers, guiding teammates, or keeping daily operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

My career has allowed me to grow through multiple roles, from customer service representative to subject matter expert, coach, trainer, and client engagement and event coordinator.
