I am a people-focused professional with nearly ten years of experience in customer service, administration, and team support within the BPO industry. At the heart of my work is a genuine passion for helping people, whether that means supporting customers, guiding teammates, or keeping daily operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

My career has allowed me to grow through multiple roles, from customer service representative to subject matter expert, coach, trainer, and client engagement and event coordinator. Each role taught me the importance of empathy, clear communication, and adaptability. I am comfortable handling customer concerns across phone, chat, and email, and I take pride in resolving issues calmly while building trust and positive relationships.

I am especially strong in administrative support. I enjoy organizing schedules, managing inboxes, maintaining accurate records, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. I am the type of person who finds satisfaction in keeping things structured and efficient, knowing that my support helps teams perform at their best. Being reliable, detail oriented, and proactive is something I naturally bring to my work.

Training and coaching have also been very meaningful parts of my journey. I enjoy helping others learn, grow, and gain confidence in their roles. Whether I am facilitating training sessions, preparing materials, or offering one on one feedback, my goal is always to create a supportive environment where people feel motivated and capable.

In my client engagement and event coordination role, I worked closely with clients, managed schedules, and ensured events ran smoothly from start to finish. This experience strengthened my multitasking skills and reinforced how important communication and organization are to creating great experiences.

I earned an Associate of Arts in Hotel and Restaurant Management, which shaped my service oriented mindset and love for hospitality. Overall, I am known as someone who is dependable, easy to work with, and committed to doing quality work. I am driven by purpose, connection, and the satisfaction of making work easier for others while delivering excellent service.
