I am a business transcriptionist for four years. Before getting into transcription, I was working as a customer service representative/technical support representative in a few call center companies. I've been in the BPO industry for over 10 years. I am very open to trainings and self-development. I believe learning never stops even if we age and I'm very eager to learn new things.
