I am a dedicated and HR and customer service professional with over four years of combined experience in human resources and client support. I have been working as an HR Assistant for more than two years, where I support daily HR operations, maintain employee records, assist with recruitment processes, coordinate documentation, and ensure smooth administrative procedures. In this role, I have developed strong organizational skills, accuracy in handling confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Prior to this, I completed an internship with an HR consulting agency, where I gained foundational experience in recruitment support, CV screening, employee documentation, and administrative coordination. This internship strengthened my understanding of HR processes and workplace standards, while building my confidence in professional communication and office systems.

In addition to my HR background, I have more than two years of experience in customer service. Through this experience, I developed strong communication skills, active listening abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset. I am comfortable interacting with diverse clients, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Working in customer service has enhanced my patience, adaptability, and ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments.
