While being mostly involved in the daily batch release of products, and support of the departments’ manager, I also handled: CAPAs, Gap Analysis, Deviation & Product complaints. Key Achievements & responsibilities:  Created process improvement projects that were reported to increase productivity and decrease error in 3 major department functions.  Using risk assessment techniques analyzed trends and areas of focus for the Quality department in regards to product quality complaints.  Using lean management and Six-sigma to integrate a value driven and error free atmosphere in the department.        Developed training material and presentation material to develop the quality culture. Created IT solutions for the migration of the department from a shared drive to cloud based solution in Sharepoint. I performed an in-depth report of the companies using IT & statistical procedures that were used to create sales solutions and develop a marketing campaign project predicted to increase out-turn. Other responsibilities included:      My first month was spent collecting all the company’s performance indicator for the last 3 years to analyze trends in a comprehensive sales report and gain insight into the company’s systems, which allowed us to create quarterly sales target and develop a forecast for future performance. Maintained B2B and B2C relations, in terms of creating and selling personalized packages for clients and other agencies Developing sales solutions that included, pitching the company to the Hotelier Maldives magazine and online ads with GoogleAds.
