For the past several years I have worked in the education and customer service industry,performing tasks relating to sales and marketing, customer support, on boarding, relationship management, assessment design, e-learning consultation and facilitation.

My experience includes successfully communicating with people in executive-level positions at Institutes of higher education, technology departments and national educational authorities.
