I have experienced as a Telemarketing or a Voice Communicator for IT company in Singapore and work as a home based staff I am twenty six years old. My secret great customer service are : consistency, Build business to customer loyalty, Provide a true customer service, the customer is always right if a customer comes to me about to complaint and upset or angry, I will cam him with word and shows to customer that I m serious about doing something correct the problem and listen to customer carefully,be honest with the customer.I also have experienced in translation and transcription project as a freelance and team lead for Audio data collection project's also I am an Independent contractor experience as social media evaluator (Facebook and Instagram).
