With 11 years of practice in the finnacial field of which 9 as manager, I currently work as Commercial Planning Manager at Caixa, fourth biggest bank in Brazil. Previously, I worked with Marketing, CRM and Growth Manager at Up Brasil, third biggest benefit company in the world. For the last years I have had a wide experience in Growth by On & Offline Performance (from Awareness to Acquisition, Retention & Loyalty), Customer & Market Intelligence (Research, Competition & Operations), CRM & BI, Advertising & Social Media, Partnerships, Visual Identity, Branding & Experience and Customer Service. I also worked at Beneficio Certo, one of the largest travel voucher management companies in Brazil, being responsible for Strategic Planning and operational management. As a former Engineer, I have developed all my career long strong IT skills which I had been responsible for the technological transformation of the company.
