Led the migration of Eneva’s entire BI landscape from Tableau to
Power BI, trimming licensing spend by 40% and development
effort by 20%. Re-architected ETL with PySpark, Azure Data Factory
and a medallion-layer design, creating star-schema marts that
standardize dimension and fact tables for fast, reliable reporting.
Built Python and Power Automate scrapers to ingest external
datasets, expanding analytic coverage, and coordinated a
four-person team to deliver dashboards adopted across HSE,
finance, operations and strategy.
Lead AI and Cloud Automation Engineer
RHMED, July 2020 to February 2025
Designed and built a Microsoft Teams chatbot that acted as an
on-demand BI analyst: it mapped RHMED’s data catalog, executed
live SQL, processed results in a Python sandbox, and returned
answers, Excel extracts or plotted charts, all within chat. The bot
replaced several junior analyst roles, cutting personnel costs by
15%. Also delivered a fleet of Docker-based automations on AWS
ECS, enabling easy horizontal scaling and trimming key
business-process runtimes by up to 60%. Tech stack included
Python, Azure Bot Service, OpenAI, AWS, and Docker.
