I have extensive background in customer service and admin duties when I worked at a hotel. I was in charge of encoding our daily sales and sending it to our department heads. I was also tasked in making our department's schedule and made sure that our operation runs smoothly. Having worked in a supervisory level, I was also able to develop my communication and interpersonal skills.
I am currently working as a Reservation Sales Specialist for Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG). We cater to mostly North American and European clients. Since my stint with IHG, I was able to work as a Chat Support and Workforce Assist. I am a very dynamic person and I can adapt well to changes. During my career I maintained good work ethics and I also have an excellent attendance record.
