I have 3 years of experience in Customer Service assisting U.S. customers. I was trained at Sykes Asia Inc. and Sirius Xm in the Philippines. I worked with 5 different accounts namely: HP palm, AT&T U-verse, AT&T Prepaid, AT&T DSL, and Sirius Xm.

I also have 4 years of experience working from home as a Virtual Assistant and as an Appointment Setter.

I am very good with computers. My skills and experience will be very useful in a company.

I can provide e-mail and phone support and will do everything I can to delight my customers. Communication is my passion and my experience in Customer Service and Technical Support has instilled in me the importance of establishing solid relationships built on excellent service.
