I am currently working in a BPO company for 6 years and 5 months but I am looking for a stable job or company that keeps their employees. I am a customer service representative in Sutherland Global Services for eBay account. I was able to handle all of the department. I preferred to be an agent, even they already asked me to support or to apply for the position of Quality Assurance Specialist for the reason that I also have a business as a part time job and my hobby that makes me relax. A workaround that I am doing to make me feel relax when I am tired because I believe that if there's a problem there' always a resolution or options that we can do.
