Yonel Hernández, Caracas, Venezuela, 1981. Venezuelan graphic designer and illustrator, graduated from the School of Visual Communication and Design Pro-design, where he teaches Design III and IV -). In 2014 he founded, together with Virginia Riquelme, Isabella Saturno and Eddymir Briceño, the independent Editorial Label Barco de Piedra. Since 2013 he founded and directs, together with the designer Eddymir Briceño, a graphic design and illustration studio Inés & Bernardo. He has worked as a designer at Totuma Communications & Design (2006—2007); at SunChannel, Tourism Television, -); in the design workshop Alternative Vision C.A., VACA, (2010—2011), under the direction of Gabriela Fontanillas and Álvaro Sotillo, and at the Museum of Contemporary Art of Caracas, MAC (2011—2012), under the tutelage of Carlos Rodríguez. He was selected among several Venezuelan illustrators and designers, to participate in the project “Play and learn with Miffy”, organized by the Butterflyworks studio, the Netherlands (2010—12). In the area of ​illustration, he has collaborated with the weekly magazine "Todo en Domingo" of the newspaper El Nacional; with Locatel's bimonthly magazine “+salud”; with the magazine «Climax»; with the magazine "Agujero Negro #7", from the School of Arts of the Central University of Venezuela, UCV; internationally with the magazine Alba Lateinamerika Lesen PUBLISHED BOOKS 2017 ● «El espanto», published by Utopia Portatil.
