Yohanna Yimer

Hey, I’m Yohanna, a full-stack developer with a passion for building clean, reliable, and user-friendly web and mobile applications. I’ve been working in software development for a few years now, and I genuinely enjoy turning ideas into real, working products.

Most of my work has been focused on TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, and NestJS for building full-stack web apps. I care about writing clean code, building responsive interfaces with tools like Tailwind CSS, and making sure things are not only functional but also easy to use. I’m comfortable working with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MySQL, and I enjoy working across both the frontend and backend.

I also work with Flutter to build cross-platform mobile apps. I’ve handled everything from UI and navigation to state management and integrating with backends like Firebase, whether that’s for real-time data, authentication, or storage. I like having the flexibility to build for both web and mobile, depending on what the project needs.

Along the way, I’ve also picked up experience in CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platforms like Vercel, DigitalOcean, and AWS.

Whether I’m working on a solo project or collaborating with a team, I enjoy solving problems, learning as I go, and building things that are useful and well-crafted. I’m easy to work with, communicate clearly, and take ownership of what I build.
