• Reviewing the quality of the cases in terms of structured entry of serious and non-serious events by using Pub Med search engine.

• Ensure the assessment and data entered in data base from article.

• Perform the quality review of literature hits assessed as invalid by literature review associates.

• Provide the guidance to literature associates and case processing associates.

• Update all the trackers and share the same with project owner.

• Prepare the monthly quality metrics and share the same with the project owner. Conduct the feedback session with literature team and case processing associate.

• Contribute innovative ideas to transform the clients business, leveraging technology, best practices, and regulatory knowledge in collaboration with Foresight colleagues and clients.

• To ensure day to day PV activity in out basis.

• To participate with QA in audit related activities.

• Ensure team meeting to convey the new updates and query solving sessions.

• Managing workflow according to timelines and SLA. Tracking of all service level agreement and ensure the achievements.

• Perform the RCA CAPA for all the non conformance in the SLAs.

• Participation in discussion with client regarding update and workflow management.

• Ensure the workflow management, team meeting, case assignment, team management.
