Ibex: This was my first experience i work in Toast which it was a campaign for tech support and customer used to be manager, owners and for some particular cases employees and the campaign was about assisting customers about technical issues modifications, loyalty, Credit card processing, etc. Toast is a system for restaurant management which allows you to create menus. run reports, etc., all involved in restaurants along US I've been for 3 months so, i started from November 2021.
Foundever: This was my 2nd experience being as a customer service, Moneygram was the campaign i was working to and is Wester Union competitor and i used to take calls for customers that needed assistance to process refund, amends, submit complaints, then i thankfully got opportunity to be part of a Tier 2 representative in which i performed verification through calls and i used to ask much details about transactions, so i worked with them for 1 year and a half, so i started from .
Connect International: This was my 3rd experience but i was working as a debt collector so i used to make and take calls to debtor which they had medical debts more specifically Doctor, Ambulance and Hospital bills and it was for a 3rd party debt collection company called as Wakefield and Associates and i learned a lot, i worked for 7 months and i started working from there on November 2023.
